Pastor Jin on sabbatical until end of August
Today is Pastor Jin’s last day before sabbatical. He’ll be in Korea for a month, first with the Korea team, then with his family, and in Atlanta for a part of August. Please pray for our senior pastor and his family as they rest & renew this summer.
Korea Team of 8 traveling June 12-23
Pastor Jin leads a diverse team to Korea: John Gianoulis, Bryan Jon, Nahree Ki, Cindy Skjei, Sarai Violet, Jae Cho & Fidel Tutu. They’ll visit Seoul, Yangpyung, Gyeongju (ancient capital), and connect with the extended CAN family there.
Farewell to Mark & Rachel LeBlanc from the Bruderhof Community
LeBlancs have been living in our church building & participating in community life for past 3 months. They’ve become family & will be missed! Our love and prayers go with you! We’re also planning a road trip to Bruderhof communities in Pennsylvania & upstate NY with dates likely Oct 11-19, 2017, so mark your calendar!
Picnic Lunch at Lake House today right after service
‘Lake House’ next door will host lunch for the whole church today. (Community houses Fink House hosts July 2 & Chatham House on Aug. 6.) Regular fellowship lunch schedule will resume after Labor Day, but let’s continue the fellowship into the summer by inviting each other out or into our homes!
Vacation Bible School is this Thurs. June 15- Sat. June 17
