CAN Healthy Cooking group
Earlier this year, Pastor Jin encouraged us to work toward better mental/physical health. Food is so important, yet making healthy meals can be time-consuming. Through this group, we’ll learn the benefits of vegetables & other nutrient dense foods, share about food prep, storage, recipes, and other time/money saving ideas. We will primarily connect via a Facebook group and/or Zoom for recipe demos, knife skills, canning, fermenting, butchering/carving, etc. If you’d like to be involved, contact Caroline Acosta at carolinejacosta@gmail.com or on Facebook.
