Pastor Jin will go in depth about the 15 principles on happiness he outlined last Sunday in his sermon. This is wisdom gleaned from over 30 years of pastoral ministry. It’s free for our members, but must register on our FB Community Board (30 seconds).
CAN Healthy Cooking group
Earlier this year, Pastor Jin encouraged us to work toward better mental/physical health. Food is so important, yet making healthy meals can be time-consuming. Through this group, we’ll learn the benefits of vegetables & other nutrient dense foods, share about food prep, storage, recipes, and other time/money saving ideas.
