Claire will spend the next year in South Korea as part of the PCUSA Young Adult Volunteer program; she leaves this Wed morning. Claire’s family is sponsoring her farewell lunch today so please join us right after service under the newly stained deck! Church Clean-up Day | Monday Sept 2, 9a-3p
Let’s get ready for the start of a new season by cleaning and organizing our building! This Labor Day we can labor together and also eat lunch together (made by Hikari). RSVP on the FB event so we know how much food to prepare.
Wilton & Jaen lunch under the church deck every Sunday this summer
They’ll provide lunch for a suggested fee of $10-$20 depending on meal. Profits fund their new catering business! Continues next week.
COOL Kids on break; we resume Sept 8
We will take August off but there will be play time for the kids available.
Permaculture worknights continue every Tuesday 7-9p
Worknights will continue weekly; starting in September they will transition to Sundays from 1-3p. Come out and enjoy some good company as we take care of the church grounds together!
Weekly harvesting for Silver Lake Botanicals, Sundays at 9a
